ClipForge is the AI-native answer to the manual clip-and-caption grind. Drop a long-form video, walk away, come back to a feed of ranked, captioned, ready-to-post shorts. It is a Turborepo monorepo: a Next.js editor on Vercel with a Konva canvas timeline; a Fly.io worker that runs the FFmpeg, yt-dlp, Whisper, and Gemma pipeline; BullMQ orchestrating the render queue; Socket.IO streaming progress back to the editor in real time. Viral scoring is opinionated and tuneable. Caption styles include karaoke and hook-overlay variants. Subtitles are SRT-clean.
